Axpe is a family business with a tradition of four generations of Biscayan cider and txakoli producers. For four generations they have grown their own grapes and apples, 100% Biscayan, on their land near Markina-Xemein.
The cider maker is a Txoko that can be reserved, where the user has a space to make use of its grill with vine shoots, its wood-fired oven, its kitchen… and also its kupelas, from which its users can enjoy the best cider without any consumption limit.
And not less important, the host José Antonio Bilbao offers guided visits related to the cider and txakolí of its harvest, accompanied by different local products of the region as a tasting.
